1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Panya AI ("we", "us", "our") and anyone who enrols in or enquires about our courses ("you", "the learner"). By completing enrolment or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you have questions before enrolling, please write to us at [email protected].

Our registered address is 95 Ratchadamri Road, Lumphini, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.

2. Enrolment

A place on a course is confirmed once we have received your completed enrolment form and full payment. We will send a confirmation email within two business days. We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where a course is full or where we believe it would not be a suitable fit for the learner at that time — in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol. Courses are conducted in English; a working proficiency in written and spoken English is expected.

3. Fees and Payment

Course fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all course materials, mentor feedback, and the portfolio review where applicable. Current fees are:

Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. We do not store card details — payments are handled by our third-party payment provider.

Fees may be updated from time to time. The fee that applies is the one listed at the time you enrol.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the course start date — full refund
• Cancellation 7–14 days before the course start date — 50% refund
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the course start date — no refund, but you may transfer your place to a future cohort once at no additional charge
• Withdrawal after the course has started — no refund

If Panya AI cancels or significantly changes a course, we will offer you a full refund or a place on the next available cohort, at your choice.

To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your enrolment details. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

5. Course Access

Once enrolled, you will receive access to course materials through our learning platform. Access is granted for the duration of the course plus 60 days thereafter, to allow time to review and complete any outstanding work. We reserve the right to extend or modify this period at our discretion.

Course access is personal to the enrolled learner and may not be shared with or transferred to others.

We aim to keep course content available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. We will notify learners of any planned downtime where possible.

6. Learner Responsibilities

We ask that all learners:

• Engage respectfully with mentors and any other learners in shared spaces
• Submit original work and not misrepresent the contributions of others as their own
• Protect their account credentials and notify us promptly if they believe their account has been compromised
• Use course materials for personal learning only and not redistribute them without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including lesson content, exercises, datasets, and written guides — are the intellectual property of Panya AI or our content partners. You are welcome to use them for your own learning, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without our written permission.

Work you produce as part of a course project remains yours. By submitting project work for feedback, you grant us a limited licence to use anonymised examples for educational purposes, such as illustrating approaches in future cohorts.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our courses in good faith and take care to ensure the content is accurate and useful. However, we cannot accept liability for decisions made on the basis of course content, for any loss of earnings, or for indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Our total liability to you in connection with any course shall not exceed the fee you paid for that course.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under Thai law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give enrolled learners at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The terms that applied at the time of your enrolment govern any dispute arising from that enrolment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
